Part working studio and part creative gathering space, it’s filled with papers, textiles, books, found objects, vintage magazines, collage materials, threads, fabric scraps, and all sorts of visual inspiration collected over many years. I wanted to create somewhere that feels relaxed, thoughtful, and encouraging, a space where people can explore creativity without pressure or perfection.

Workshops and residentials are intentionally small, allowing plenty of time for conversation, guidance, making, coffee, and moments of inspiration. Whether you come with friends or arrive on your own for some much-needed creative time, you’ll be warmly welcomed…by me and our resident pug, Bernie!

The house and gardens are very much part of the experience too. In warmer months we can sit in the garden for breaks and lunch in the sunshine; in the winter, the log burner’s on and homemade cake on the table.

There’s plenty of parking, and we’re just 20 minutes from Bath.
