CREATIVE CONSULTANCY
In 2018 I founded SHORTt CONSULTANCY, and for over 20 years, I have designed and facilitated creative approaches to help organisations understand complex challenges that are often difficult to capture through traditional surveys, interviews, and reports alone. Using visual methods such as participant-led photography, collage, mapping, storytelling, and creative inquiry, I help individuals and teams surface experiences, perspectives, and ideas that might otherwise remain hidden.
My particular expertise lies in workspace and place, hybrid and flexible working, organisational change, leadership, and employee experience. I am interested in how people experience the spaces, systems, and cultures they work within, and how creative methods can open up richer conversations about what matters.
I have worked with a wide range of organisations including the NHS, the Rugby Football Union (RFU), the Environment Agency, Stride Treglown, ISG, and organisations across the hair and beauty sector, designing projects, workshops, and research that combine academic rigour with creative practice.
At the heart of this work is the same belief that underpins my artistic practice: that visual and creative approaches help us see differently, think differently, and have conversations that might not otherwise be possible.
Whether working with senior leaders, teams, communities, or individuals, my aim is to create thoughtful, engaging spaces for reflection, dialogue, insight, and change.
